Serving as a Managing Director and Chief Facilitator at Bali Team Building, Marten takes on challenging responsibilities, such as creating inspirational and strategic team building programmes and operating a multidisciplinary travel and event company in Bali, Indonesia.

Originated from Australia, Marten moved to Bali almost 30 years ago and decided to call it home. He had worked in numerous companies throughout his career at various positions which give him the insight in how team works and how to build that strong bond with team members. Marten is a master innovator, professional event planner, and skillful operator. His impressive hospitality and business management background allows him to understand what the industry needs and the team members in corporations requires while presenting Bali as one-of-a-kind team building destination.

In addition to 40 years in the business, Marten is also a well-knowledged travel manager in Asia. He maintains a role in DMC Asia Plus and Bali Entertainment Company.
