Bali Team Building is a well-established company that was founded back in 2002 by Marten Hubbeling, an Australian national who has been living in Bali for 30 years. Marten developed a range of team building programs and began to build his own team of experts in operations and programming.

We understand that every group is unique, and so we can tailor our programs to meet the specific needs and objectives of each group.
Our programs in our portfolio: if at one location only – such as We Build or We Create programs are for 2 hours, these can be extended with another options or tailor made to suit. Amazing Race or Treasure Hunts as they are moving can be up to 4 hours but a snack stop and free flow water are included. We also have a variety of
Energizers that can be from 15 – 30 minutes
Facilitation
From venue setup to program debrief, we offer a complete, hassle-free experience. Our team will handle every aspect of the program, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable team building experience for all.

Brandon Hubbeling
Brandon Hubbeling is the CFO of Bali Team Building, founded by his father, Marten Hubbeling. With a degree in Finance and Business Management, he directs the company’s finance policy to ensure efficient budgeting. Despite his youth, at 24, Brandon has earned the trust of his family and colleagues as a skilled and forward-thinking business leader.
I Made Suardana
I Made Suardana has been the operational manager of Bali Team Building for 25 years. He oversees all aspects of logistics and operations for each team building program, from materials and manpower to transportation and game execution. Made’s Balinese background gives him vast knowledge of the island and its customs,
which he utilizes to ensure an unforgettable experience for clients.
Rai Suryanta
Rai Suryanta is a warehouse manager and operational team member at Bali Team Building. With his inventory management expertise, he ensures equipment and materials are in good condition and accounted for in each program. Rai’s attention to detail and organizational skills contribute to the success of every team building event
Wayan Suartawan
Wayan Suartawan is the head of transportation and an essential member of the operational team at Bali Team Building. With his extensive logistics experience, he oversees all transportation arrangements for clients, ensuring punctuality and precision. Wayan’s attention to detail and commitment to quality guarantee a seamless and stress-free transportation experience for clients.
Ni Nyoman Soka Widant
Soka is the head of sales and M.I.C.E at Bali Team Building. With her background in luxury travel/event agency, she has a deep understanding of high-end corporate clients. Soka manages all account relationships and client reservations and is recognized as a trusted advisor. Her sales expertise, interpersonal skills, and attention
to detail have contributed to the company’s impressive growth and reputation as a leading provider of team building events in Bali
CSR PARTNERS
The mission of Kolewa Foundation is to help disabled people in Indonesia, particularly children and the elderly. They do this by facilitating a number of projects that include scouting individuals with cleft palates and physical abnormalities and transporting them to Jakarta for free surgeries, training hearing impaired children, and distributing second-hand hearing aids to those who need them but cannot afford them.

SOS Children’s Villages started working in Indonesia in the early 1970s. The country has experienced many changes in the decades since, and their activities have
increased in order to reach a growing number of vulnerable families and children. Their most recent family strengthening programmes adapt to the needs of the local population. For example in Bali, many children in the area are able to attend school thanks to their scholarships.
CSR PARTNERS
PUSPADI Bali believes people with disabilities should be empowered to live out their dreams and reach their full potential. It is the only NGO in Bali providing high quality mobility aids, education & training and advocacy programs to people with physical disabilities in Bali and East Indonesia. Their small team of 20 staff make and distribute appropriately fitted prosthetics and orthotics, deliver wheelchairs and regularly do home visits to find more local people in need.
