Where, When, and Who
Our various programs are designed to be executed indoors or outdoor. For outdoor programs, we will assist in checking the weather forecast as well. In the case of rainy days, some programs are still executable with the help of tents and raincoats.
Our programs can be done by participants of all ages, as young as 8 years old to as old as 60 years old, considering all participants are physically able-bodied.
Food & Drinks
All of our programs include free flow drinking water. Lunch and dinner can be included as add-ons with extra cost. We have partnered up with many restaurants all over Bali which can cater to your group. Special dietaries can be accommodated with prior information. Any other beverages such as soft drinks are generally not included in the price but can be arranged should you require.
Transportation & Staff
Some of our programs such as Amazing Race will include transportation throughout the whole program. Some others programs will possibly won’t require any transportation should it be conducted at your hotel.
Our staff are mostly bilingual and have good understanding of English, some are still in learning stage but they surely have big smiles to share.
Reservation & Billing
Reservation should be made as early as possible. For some events, we can accommodate with a written confirmation 1 week in advance. We require 50% non-refundable deposit in USD via wire transfer to secure the event. Balance payment via cash or credit card can be paid upon your group arrival in Bali or on the event day.
Cancellation Policy
If the event is cancelled due to any reasons within 1 week prior to the event day, 100% cancellation fee will be applied. If the event is cancelled on the D-day due to inclement weather, a 50% setup fee will be applied. All other conditions are stated in our contract of service.
